Facelift, Quad Blepharoplasty, & Facial Fat Grafting Before and After

Patient underwent full face rejuvenation with upper eyelid lift, lower eyelid lift, facelift, and multilevel fat grafting to the cheeks.  Excess skin of the upper eyelids was removed and the bags of the lower eyelids were smoothed with a fat re-positioning lower blepharoplasty.  Her eye look awake and vibrant.   The patient had lost volume in the cheeks.  Multilevel fat grafting was completed in the cheeks to create smooth, defined and high cheekbones.  The neck and jawline was lifted and tightened.  Excess fat was removed in the neck and a mid-line plastysmaplasty was completed.  Her incisions healed beautifully.  Her result was natural and helped enhance her natural facial features.
