Which dermal fillers do you offer?

Carolina Facial Plastics offers a full section of FDA-approved dermal fillers, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficacy, including:

The choice between Juvéderm® and Restylane® depends on your skin concerns, goals, and budget. Along with hyaluronic acid fillers, our office offers RHA® fillers to target all types of wrinkles and folds.

Target expression lines and folds with RHA fillers

RHA fillers are the first and only collection of hyaluronic acid fillers FDA-approved to target dynamic wrinkles. Due to their adaptive nature, RHA fillers move with your expressions, offering softer, more natural-looking results that last up to 15 months — longer than most other HA fillers. With fewer proteins and less crosslinking than other fillers, RHA may even result in less swelling.

Your Dermal Filler Experience

Consultation

You can expect to have a 1:1 consultation with one of our aesthetic specialists — Heather Bryant, MPAS, PA-C, Amanda Piligian, PA-C, and Courtney Whitley, FNP-C. You can book an appointment online directly with the specialist of your choice.

Your consultation will be an educational experience. Your provider will learn your concerns and goals and assess your facial anatomy. With multiple treatment options to choose from, your provider will go over the pros and cons of each. Reviewing your medical history ensures you’re a good candidate for fillers. Finally, your provider works with you to develop a long-term treatment plan that meets your goals.

Procedure

Dermal fillers take between 15-45 minutes to complete. We may apply a topical numbing cream or offer additional pain management, like Pro-Nox™ (laughing gas), options for your comfort. You may experience minor swelling, bruising, and redness at the injection sites soon after the procedure, but these side effects should subside within hours to days. You should not need to take time off of work after having fillers. You may resume exercise one day after facial fillers.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cost of fillers varies depending on the number of syringes used. At Carolina Facial Plastics we charge the same amount for each syringe of filler, no matter the brand.  However, they can cost about $400-$1,500 per syringe. Since there are several different fillers that can be used to treat your unique aging concerns, it is difficult to estimate the cost of your treatment without assessing your needs in person. During your consultation, we can create a plan that helps determine the cost of your treatment.

Unlike neuromodulators, dermal fillers deliver instant results. You’ll see a visible difference immediately, and your results will be complete once your swelling subsides.

Most fillers last about 9-18 months before gradually dissipating. To maintain lasting results, you can return to our office for additional treatments.

No. We are the place to have injectable fillers because of our experienced practitioners, focus on facial aesthetics, and outstanding results illustrated in our dermal filler before and after photos.

Our team may recommend discontinuing blood-thinning medications and certain supplements before your visit. They may also advise against getting dental work before your appointment.
